To program Front End Messaging:
Assign a directory number and circuit descriptor number to an ONS circuit.

Designate the assigned directory number as a trunk answer point.
Assign a "dummy ONS port" as a trunk answer point (a device will not be connected to this circuit).
Designate the assigned trunk service number to all trunks that will use Front End Messaging.
Assign destination numbers for the 'Call Rerouting Always Alternate' and 'First Alternate' against the directory number of the ONS port.
Set the ALWAYS condition for the ONS port to route to the directory number of the RAD with the front end message.
Program 'THIS' for the No Answer' condition on each of the originating device types.
Program the directory number of the MiVoice IP Phone, or other device that will be receiving the rerouted calls
Set all fields to NORMAL if a second alternate answering point is not required.
